A baking story and an immigrant story in one video. Best of luck to Vita and her family. I really enjoyed this video

As a New Yorker who's had Russ & Daughters plenty of times, this story is amazing. If you told me that I'd watch an entire youtube video in Ukrainian, I'd have called you a liar, but I thoroughly enjoyed this.

This story saddens me that the Ukrainian women happily escaped the war, while the young men had to stay behind and fight

What a beautiful human being. As a regular customer of NYC’s best bagel shops, including Russ and Daughters, I love seeing the stories behind the talented people who make our meals possible. Nothing but admiration and respect for Vita and her family, and we are so lucky to have them here in our city. Wishing nothing but the best for them.
