the thing with malaysian food on the plates, u have to combine every single ingredient/dish into one on a spoon and eat it (eggs, sambal cucumber, fried anchovies etc together) so u can adjust the taste by your own (ie, put more cucumber or anchovies or sambal according to your own taste. thats how to get the authentic flavor of the dish, it was not meant to eat 1 by 1

For nasi lemak, You need to mix most of them in a spoonful, not eating them separately.
