A day of EPIC finds and a RARE coin! - XP Deus 2 I Minelab

This week, I'm metal detecting on one of my favorite fields on this permission. It was an incredible day for sure and I cant believe what I found!
I've got my usual kit with me, the one and only XP Deus II metal detector using the Deep HC program with modified settings to give me maximum depth, XP MI6 pinpointer and Minelab spade.

Just been watching a few of your videos. Your recent finds mirrored some of my finds in the last few months. My first hammered was an Edward VI shilling, a vesica seal matrix and a toggle. Finds some gold so I can find some too!! Well done.

11:40 - Definitely not a keyhole. It's a female strap fitting. The two little rivets connected to the leather strap, while the big hole was made to match a big rivet on the male part of the strap. Maybe part of a garment (garter, etc) 37:59 - It's a spur rowel, probably pot-medieval. 38:14 - It's a belt decoration, probably pot-medieval. The two pins were driven into the leather and bent.

Just subscribed mate. Ive just bought the deus 2 after using the nox 800. Took the d2 out yesterday for the 1st time. Was on sesitive ft. How is the machine for depth mate. Ive read a few negative reviews on depth. Hopefully it turns out to be a good purchase.

Thanks for the sub! It’s a great machine and very easy to get used to compared to others I have, to be honest, I’ve had no issues with depth. If you’re looking for deeper targets I use the deep hc program with reactivity on 1.5 and sensitivity on 97. If there’s a lot of iron, raise reactivity up abit and lower the sensitivity 😉
