Thanks bro. Saw an opportunity of symmetry (3 palm trees of different heights and three humans of different heights). 🙏🏻

@@xhynetuseinovski Yes that was a great opportunity of symmetry. Maybe you will get lucky again next time that you shoot and see it again. Once a celtic person told me tha they believe that things happen in threes.

I was on the verge on discarding Samyang 24 F2.8 Lens as an option for my Sony a7c but your video got my confidence up for this Lens 📸

Watch my “24mm photography with the a7cii” and you will want it even more. It’s a great lens for the money.

Try the A6000 , 6300, or 6400 for an easy entry into the system. Great machines man.

Is there any vignetting on the photos taken by this lens with APS-C? I hear that this is real issue when it comes to full frame with this lens

All the coloring and correction is me. I did have the cinebloom diffusion filter on to create the softness.

rokinon af 24mm f/2.8 and samyang af 24mm f2.8 whats the difference
@xhynetuseinovski
@xhynetuseinovski 9 ай бұрын
Last time I checked it’s the same company essentially but one is a north american entity (rokinon). I’ve has the rokinon 18mm and it was basically identical in style and performance to the samyang.

did you use a lightroom preset? if not you should create a pack i would buy!
@xhynetuseinovski
@xhynetuseinovski 2 жыл бұрын
Hey bro thanks for watching! I have never bought or used anyones presets. In all my videos, everything you see are my edits. I shoot in raw and I start from that to create my “look”. But dude you don’t know how much I appreciate that. As I start to grow more on this platform I may consider it. Time will tell :)

Check out John Free Photography. He’s an old-school guy shooting on film and has some great videos on street photography.

I think photography with all its genres are open to interpretation but in my opinion to create good street photography and images that have an impact and stand out you kind of have to be somewhat fearless and shoot with a purpose and definitely get close. Go at it with the intention of shooting with a purpose. You’re not there to steal someone’s picture or be creepy but instead to document and record history and what time and life was like in era of when you are making your photos. Know that your work is actually meaningful and important and you’ll be less likely to be intimidated or scared of getting close or making someone angry and instead you’ll find it easier to get into the zone and use your creative instincts to make photos that have an impact. Certainly you have to be ready to stand your ground and defend yourself and justify your decision to include someone in your photo but it’s really all how you carry yourself and the subtle ways you go about using your techniques to capture real life. There’s ways to make yourself less obvious and to not alarm people or make them uncomfortable and a lot of it is just your body language. If you’re uncomfortable with your actions and intentions then you will make others uncomfortable when they read your body language. Just focus on creating a high level and quality photograph like a piece of art and shoot with a purpose. It’s less about the people and more about the moment and composition. I spent a good amount of time getting my feet wet in San Diego shooting street photography and although the city itself is pretty small there’s still a lot to see and plenty of subjects and angles to work and explore. I like your choice of using the 24mm as I did most of my shooting there with a 28mm and a 50mm. My best shots were taken with the 28 but you definitely need to get close which definitely offers itself some challenges if you’re timid otherwise you’re just shooting silhouettes small in your frame and that doesn’t really have that big of an impact and limits your photos to all look the same which is cool if that’s what you’re going for but it doesn’t really stand out in my opinion. Keep making videos though you made a nice calming vlog with a nice vibe to it.
