These types of videos inspire an amateur street photographer like me. It feels like I’m going on a photowalk with you guys! Watching all three of your content amazes me how different all of our ‘eyes’ are- what you see interesting and what catches your eye. And every shot equally tells a beautiful story. Keep inspiring guys! Hit me up when you’re in the Philippines 🇵🇭 🫡

I love Vietnam for street photography... visually dense with a very friendly populace, lots of layers, but you need a flippy screen and good knees as everythign happens about 3 feet of the ground.

I’m curious if your level of comfort and confidence increase when shooting in a foreign country and city, because you’re in a group and have a native speaker with you? I remember being in China, Thailand and Singapore and not really being that comfortable shooting in the markets, possibly because I was alone and didn’t speak or understand the language.
@sivgreysonАй бұрын
really good observation because i think you’re onto something. conversely, i find some photographers feel more comfortable in foreign spaces because of the “i’ll never see them again” mentality. i’m more like you, i like for people to feel my presence and to possibly even chat with me. that’s hard when you’re alone in a country where you don’t speak the language.

im going to vietnam/singapore in a few days. does the humidity make handling camera gear a bit trickier?
@CaballeroshotАй бұрын
It's hot and humid but its not like you're underwater!
@zMarcusHDАй бұрын
@Caballeroshot true. guess im worried about my expensive lenses getting any kind of moisture in them. people obviously do photography in south east asia so maybe it's not a problem.
@CaballeroshotАй бұрын
@ I would let your gear get acclimated to the temperature if you’re in air conditioned space. You can also invest in those dry packs that come in new products to help your gear stay dry when you store it.
