This looked like a lot of fun. Just a relaxing trip with nature and picking strawberries. I didn't know how the amount bees pollinate the flower plants the strawberries grow on affects how well they're shaped. I knew bees were important pollinators for a lot of the food we eat, but to learn some details was fascinating. Nature is awesome! Also you pounding that rice. Lol. You have some arm strength!

Sharla, this was lovely. I was thinking too that these berries are far tastier than those ¥100 variety in the shop you and Taylor visited. This looks like such a fun thing to do! Making your own mochi? Sign me up! We have a giant fruit and vegetable garden every year, and strawberries are one of the things we grow. Nothing beats picking a beautiful, sun warmed strawberry straight off the plant. This season we are trying to grow Pineberries. They are white, and supposed to have a pineapple flavor to them. I hope they grow! I've been dying to try them. Thanks for this video! It really was nicely shot! Can't wait to see the next one! Keep up the great work!

those look like the ones growing in my backyard. They are much smaller, and not as symmetrical as the ones you see in stores, but they are so much sweeter. My house has gardens that were set up by the previous owner, who was a Japanese person, I bet they are the same type as the lower level ones there.

We have also strawberry farms in Germany but we are only picking in summer! They're super sweet and delicious if they're fresh! Usually we pick like 4 kilogramms at once and then we make delicious cake out of them, jam and also russian food like "wareniki" they're dumblings filled with cream cheese, strawberries, or with potato and mushrooms super delicious! Do you still want to travel to different countries to try their food? have you been to moscow or st. petersburg yet? have you been to berlin already?
