A Day to Remember

69 students from the American Community School (ACS) in Beirut visited the UNIFIL’s Maritime Task Force ship “BNS SANGRAM” from Bangladesh.
Curiosity and excitement accompanied the students as they were given special access to the ship by the Bangladeshi peacekeepers. From the bridge to the engine room, the students were introduced to the functions of the vessel, but also learned about the work that UNIFIL’s Maritime Task Force does at sea and in support of the Lebanese Navy.
