@@vincentdupont315 thanks for the offer. This will be our fifth trip to Paris, including an apartment in the 7th for two weeks. We have three nights in town before heading out to Strasbourg and beyond. I booked us in the Weston so we will be close to the main Christmas market. What other markets will be active 27-30? BTW, this pastry is my wife’s favorite. I have made it a fee times for her but I believe it’s easier to fly to Paris for one.

@@LesFrenchiesTravel Makes sense. Ramsey can't even hide his prick-qualities when he's on camera! (Hey, any predictions on the covid situation in France for the next few weeks? Given the covid situation in Austria and Germany in recent days, do you think the Paris and Alsace Christmas Markets are in danger of being closed?? Somewhat unfair questions, I know. But I couldn't help seeking your opinion on this. Many thanks!)

I tried this Paris Brest made by Phillipe Conticini ( bought at the food store in front of Gallery Lafayette). I was totally underwhelmed. His croissant was also tasteless.
