Her agency in London( Premier Model Management) are actually jerks. There are people claiming to be affiliated with them and scouting girls but once my sister actually went to their official offices, the people she encountered there, were arrogant and snubbish. A middle aged woman and a guy seemed to sneer at her, made her wait for centuries and then told some intern to explain to her that she's "too old" (she was 25-26 and this happened around 2 years ago). The intern told her that they prefer 14-16 year olds. (How is that ok and not considered predatory to actually aim to work Exclusively with children, I dont know.) They also asked her where she's from cause although she looks quite like the girl in this video (tall, with honey blonde hair and distinct cheekbones) she also happens to have a *darker skin color*. Long story short, the atmosphere and attitude in there were the worst ageist and racist sterotypes you'd expect from a modeling agency. She's been scouted before and she's been in magazines in our father's country and never have we encountered such nasty atmosphere... Me and a male friend were witnesses to pretty much everything. That's why imo Premier Model Management is low class and backwards.

Professional and actual models don't do any harm to the self esteem of women or girls. This model is quite charming and well put together. She is pretty, but not perfect-looking. I think she can influence girls and women that you can look polished, sophisticated, charming and successful. I think you are confusing professional fashion models with instagram/influencer models. Instagram/influencer models do actually harm the self esteem of women and girls because they put out unrealistic and filtered images of themselves and get a lot of plastic surgery, wear a ton of money and act very arrogant. However, I don't know many professional fashion models who get cosmetic done. In fact, it's sort of frowned upon by the professional fashion industry. Plus most professional fashion models usually go to college and have a real like second career. I knew quite a few who were or went on to be doctors and lawyers. The channel, jubilee, did a debate on fashion models vs instagram/influencer models. You should watch it on KZbin as it really highlights the differences I am bringing up.
