You both made me smile many times. 🙂 This video is lovely! ❤ St Pedro spent a time in Miami but he returned to his roots in the Canary Islands (Tenerife) and looked for the music which his parents and grandparents loved. He is my favorite this year. When I am listened to this song the sky is blue and the sea is warm (lots of violins) and I believe I can fall in love again and, maybe, do it better. 😃 (Many more violins).

Good video, Jan. I do think it is going to have a shot. There's nothing like it at Benedorm Fest . One of the things B/Fest serves every year is a 'moment': something that is spine chilling and breath taking. The first year was Blanca Paloma's "Secreto de Agua'. Last year Alice Wonder with 'Yo Quisiero" was that moment. I think St Pedro is that song this year. Glad you noticed the comparison to Salavador Sobral- if it does get chosen it will hit. the same chord as SS did in Kyiv. I think we wait and see.At the end of the day it does come down to performance.

Pero muy, muy pálida porque "Amar Pelos Dois" es una balada y "Dos Extraños" es un bolero con clara influencia caribeña. El tempo es parecido. Ambas tienen violines, aunque St Pedro utiliza percusión en la segunda mitad. La "copia" es tan pálida que ni siquiera es copia
