In settings there is an option for building with "L"-belts. You might like it. Why do extractor upgrades, if you only use one belt per extractor? (Your current extractor level can provide 4 belts per extractor)

My main goal has been to keep the belts saturated. Maximizing the number of deposits per factory has made that pretty easy. I'm sure most players will go for multiple belts per deposit, but I like to try different strategies. 😺

@@Glidercat with your extractor level , the belts would still be saturated (try 2 or 3 belts) you don't need ones anymore there is a button "123" it shows the numbers going in hub , the bright numbers are those you need and the others are numbers you don't need

What I do to clean up my belts, is change the lines to the empty ones. Like if you hook the 16 belt in to the 360 belt, lower the 360 belt to what was the 3 belt, and the 80 belt in to what was the 16 belt, and that gives you a clear belt. Also, just wait until you start getting the thousands, even when using multiple belts on one extractor the factories get HUGE.

Cant wait till the next episode. Also, you can click on the buton "123..." to see the numbers you make. I know you use that allready but I dont think you noticed: the numbers that are like grey you dont need anymore so you can get free belts easyer then looking all of the upgrades.

I have been using my satisfactory knowledge in this game, I don't play satisfactory but I have watched enough videos to know. Don't use overflow for all your factories

Hey Glidercat, you know you can have multiple belts coming out of any extractor, right? Also, to get 263, try this math: ((5+5)*(5+5))*2 = 200 (5+5)*6 = 60 200+60+3 = 263

For this playthrough, I decided to use only one belt per deposit to make it easier to ensure that all belts stay saturated, even as we upgrade their speed. There's no shortage of deposits, so why not. 😺 When I started playing, I didn't realize the rate each deposit produces numbers can be upgraded too. That math for 263 checks out, too. 👍

You could've used multiple belts coming from a single extractor, instead of trying to find other numbers to extract from. If you don't use this, the "deliver more for (I think?) extractors" upgrade is useless

Yes, you can use multiple belts from each number deposit. The number deposits are so abundant, I figured I'd just go with one belt per deposit to help ensure that I always had compressed belts. I tend to have more fun when I stray a bit from "how your supposed to play." 😺

Why is he upgrading the extractor if he never use more than one belt? He never use the upgrade in is design.
