I'm pretty sure the whole Mulciber imperius Mary and takes advantage of her also happens in Choices, although I think it might have been Mulciber and Barty Crouch doing that together. And then Regulus finds out what theyre doing and he obliviates Mary. Also, I'm pretty sure that Harry looks like Runcort (or whatever his name is) when he encounters Mary Cattermole and he only turns back to Harry as they leave the Ministry so I think that would explain why Mary (if shes Mary Macdonald) didn't say anything to him

Cause that’s super widespread but this video didn’t cover it so I have no idea where and when it came from Other than that the video was really good and I’d love to see videos like this for Evan and Pandora and Marlene and Dorcas

I think it's from the fanfiction "All the Young Dudes". I haven't read it though so I could be wrong.

it’s not from all the young dudes, in that one we see mary years after james and lily die and she has her memories in tact. tbh it probably comes from tumblr, literally everything starts there lmao

@@annekegardinaA bit ironic you forgot the fanon of Mary being obliviated lol Though I do feel like All The Young Dudes was the inspiration behind the idea, with Mary’s decision to live almost entirely as a muggle and kinda disassociate herself from the Wizarding World taken to it’s most dramatic conclusion of obliviation I also think it’s worth noting that the Marauders fandom LOVES it’s angst, the angstier the better, so that’s also probably why the idea caught on like wildfire
