The reason is that knowing how procurement works in GH, they could have obtained the software or patch and installed this in such record time. That has already been done, but an independent audit is needed. The meeting ended with EC asking for the mistakes NDC noticed. But we can’t be sure there are others that have not been detected by both parties yet. They need an independent audit..
