So bizarre hearing a fanny pack called a bum bag

What's so bizarre about that? I actually had to look up fanny pack the first time i heard it; whereas bum bag was clear straight away. (and that's while in Dutch we call it 'heuptasje' which translates into waist bag; yet another synonym for this type of bag). The term 'boob bag' from the interview for it's modern-day cross-body use seems even prefarable though.
