Ok i have to say I love the way you have your Craft room. I have been so sick but I have a huge room for my Crafting area and am tring to get it back in order. I have alot of different crafting things and crafts I like to do as well. From resin to Junk Jurnaling. I am just getting back into it all as I slowly hope to get better. Thanks for sharing your craft room. I too hate when the drawers don't fully open, so when I started putting my craft room together I purchased kitchen cabinets from IKEA. Love them and so far, no problems!

I made them myself on my Cricut. I couldn’t find anything I liked and so I used scrapbook card stock and created my own. There are templates on Cricut design space. I just altered them to fit my photo boxes. 😉. Thanks for watching and make sure to subscribe.

Thank you. The one thing is miss very much is the view. I loved my windows and the sunlight. It is difficult being back in the basement. Don’t get me wrong, I’m very grateful for my beautiful space and I do love the way it is laid out and I’m very fortunate to have what I do. I just wish I could see outside. My doggy doesn’t like being down there without a view. He comes to check on me and usually heads back upstairs to sit in the window.

@@kimberlyanndesigns1 For me, the problem with no windows would be I would never know what time it was and I'd end up crafting all night. I would enjoy it... but I am not sure the students in my class the next day would because I'd be tired and grumpy. Lol

Your craft room is amazing/wonderful. What is the size of your room? My hubby will be retiring in the next few years. We want to sell our 2 story and get a ranch with a big beautiful basement. My craft room is 12 x12 right now. I need just a tad more storage space. I thought a 20 foot by 20 foot room might be just what I want.

Your craft palace is beautiful. I love all the organization and the antique decor. My favorite is your little dog, so sweet. I lost mine last September and want to get another one in the near future. I’m a huge dog lover and will spot them every time. I would love to have a big area where everything can be together like yours. I have two craft rooms across the hall from each other. One is a little bigger than the other one. It’s not ideal, but like you said I’m fortunate to have them. If they’re messy, which most of the time they are, I just close the doors. Thank you for showing your lovely crafty palace.

You could pretty easily swap out the glides on those drawers with full extension glides.. ask me how I know 😊.

I would think the full extension drawers don't work well in craft rooms, or any room, because they break easily from the weight of the drawer and cause the whole unit to fall over if its not attached to the wall. Most people don't take the time to do that and kids especially can get hurt

Full extension glides would be similar to the ones used in kitchens for pull out shelving. They would have support to hold the entire drawer when pulled out. Thank you for watching. 😊

@@kimberlyanndesigns1 At my previous home and my grandparents last home they always broke. We were constantly replacing them. But those houses were built in the early 2000s. Sounds like they have found a way to improve them. Would make sense. It has been 15 - 20 years. I never thought of how much time had pasted until now. LOL
