Bad Ending: You didn't save all of them (doing the finale without saving all of Little Sister counts as harvesting them.) 3. Worst Ending: You harvest all of them.

I was trying to save as many as I could while trying to finish the game as fast as possible, kinda sad that it meant I got the bad ending, but hey at least I didn't get the worst ending.
