Although the ADA is a federal civil rights law passed into law in 1990, it is so sad that so many local governments still have yet to comply with the law and continue to deny access to people. Thank you Scott Crawford for fighting to make your little area of Jackson, Mississippi is a more inclusive and accessible one.
