Also I understand the way you cook the rice is very important. I actually coconut rice which is instead of rice and water I cook it in coconut milk that I actually make myself from a coconut. Then the big kicker is refrigerated overnight and eat it the next day has a diabetic myself I've tested my blood sugar and it only does a small Spike eating the rice this way. Plus the benefit coconut rice always taste better the next day than it does the first day you cooked it

White Rice in the US is enriched to add back the nutrients lost. Not sure if I missed that but I don't remember him mentioning that.

I have been using the single-portion minute rice-brown and jasmine-for portion control. Do you think it is good quality rice since it cooks in a minute?
