You failed to mention the most important difference to the Iskur v1 as far as I can see, and the reason I went for the Enki instead of the original Iskur. From this video, it looks like there are no more "wings" on the seat, you know, those wings on the side of the seat with metal bars on them that push your thighs towards the inside. From the video it looks like they are now soft, same as the Enki, which is a big improvement, and honestly the biggest improvement from v1. Weird you never mentioned it, it was the single deciding factor for me not buying the original.

To defend the doctor here. He told him to lower his chair so he can give an example of how the angles of the legs are supposed to be and feet fully planted on the ground. When he tells him to raise the chair back up. He's giving him use cases of why foot rests are important in the event desks are too high compared to the user. You can see the foot rest soon after he says this to make up for the lack of height. He's still sitting in the ideal position this way even after raising the height to match the desk.
@GDRobbye8 ай бұрын
Because the standard desk height is too goddamn high and I don't understand why. From looking at various desks I noticed most of them are around 74 cm tall, but this is too high. At that height, you have to lift up your chair to the max, which in most cases means you're barely touching the ground with your feet so you also need a footrest. I'm 1.85m tall, so not short by any means.
@imjody8 ай бұрын
@@GDRobbye wow, just checked how low my $300 "SHW Adjustable Desk" lowers, and it hits 70.5cm, which seems low enough for a child! I'm 6 foot tall, and my preferred desk height is 75cm. I definitely agree with you that 74cms should not be the absolute minimum for one of these desk; way too high.

Is it a coincidence that this "doctor" is using the exact same chair being demonstrated in this short circuit?? seems odd that that "doctor", who you haven't suggested was independently sourced, is using the exact same chair. Can you explain? I am happy to be proven wrong, but it looks pretty sus to me.

He's literally in one of Razer's promotional videos about this chair, lol.

Imagine paying almost a thousand dollars for a chair, when a good office chair goes for under 100.

Doctor Short Circuit That was short lived 😂

This looks exactly the same as a noblechairs hero, i assume they must source from the same location unless its some other partnership.

oh...its only $2118 AUD on amazon. This is not a knock on LTT, but is there any chance you can do this with something more "cost of living" friendly? Doctor's advice was a good thing though. Thank you.

The only advice I'd ever gotten before for ergonomics was that the only bad posture is the one you hold for too long

I bought this chair couple months ago and its super comfy and nice looking that being said the lumber might make squeaking noises I had to replace 4 times to get one thats silent so beware lol

Hello, I know I probably won't get answers but ok, I'm 1.93 meters tall and I would like to know about a good chair because everything I try seems to be small.

Is it sturdy enough for two people to sit on it at the same time?

Hey , @ShortCircuit I'm a 5'1" person and I weigh about 150 lbs (70 kg) and I'm very interested in the Iskur V2. My chair is a very basic office chair that I've been using for more than 10 years. Would the Iskur V2 suit me if I pair a footrest with it as well ? Or even without the footrest ?

It's always fun to see Colton again... and that he still has a job. Haha!

Iskur v1 is not comfortable (fake leather version). The seat cushion is extremely hard and I keep slipping forward and end up in a slouched position after a few minutes.
