This is NOT the video I thought it would be, but sometimes it's good to pause and give time to other people.

Having been up, showered, caffeinated and working since 01.30 in the morning, I decided to head out along the coastal path for breakfast... but it didn't go as planned!
It's important to recognise when someone - someone you know well or even a total stranger - needs a little support and that support could simply be you investing time to listen to them talk.
This video ranges through making bread rolls, to knocking up a 'salt and pepper pot' out of a wood off-cut and wine cork, to cooking breakfast in my trusty Stabilotherm pan, to a dog eating my breakfast, to taking time to have a conversation with a total stranger.
