It would help a lot, it would be much appreciated from this gentle soul, a wheelchair user…. Who wishes to relocate there one day and is gathering all the information he can get…. Okay from you video dieppe is btw riverview and Moncton. But wish is cheaper to live in considering rent and school for the kids???

There isn't much difference in rent. The biggest thing is that if you don't plan on having a vehicle, you're better off living in Moncton (preferably near downtown), because public transit is not very good especially in Riverview and Dieppe.

Pls I like to ask a question and I need your reply. My husband got a job in Nb and his office is at dieppe pls where would be better to get a house Moncton or riverview. Pls I need your opinion we will moving there soon. Also we have 3 kids how will be start grade school

I did not post this video but I live in Moncton and can give you some insight in moving to this area. Getting a house in Riverview or Moncton would be fine. For example, I live on Victoria Park very close to a school and love it here. We moved here a year ago after retiring in Ontario. We had been to the east coast before, but had never been to this area. We picked it mostly because of the central location for travelling to take pictures as we are photographers. My brother just bought a nice home in Riverview and is very happy there. One thing to check, is the taxes for the house you buy. If the property is currently rented and the owners do not live there taxes will be at the non-owner occupied rate which is a lot higher. You will be able to get this lowered after you move in but at closing, you will have to pay the high rate, through the end of the current tax year.

Look, for all intents purposes.... they’re the same place. Everything here is so small the difference in the physical location is irrelevant. Personally, I’d only live in Riverview... and that’s being generous. Dieppe and Moncton are a hard pass for me. I’d suggest Hillsborough or even Salisbury. No reason at all to be in the pseudo “metro” areas.

@@dustinsabo4790 I've lived here for a long time and would absolutely recommend the places you consider a "hard pass", and I wouldn't recommend Hillsborough or Salisbury to people coming from outside NB. Dieppe is nice, Moncton is ok too in most parts but much better than it used to be.
