Thanks Kevin, it's somewhat true as I don't see alot of condos or apartments to rent in Riverview compared to Moncton or Dieppe. I have a video on how to rent an apartment a while ago. With the influx of people from other provinces, apartments are somewhat in higher demands now, but with patience and consistency search it is possible to get an apartment. Hope this helps 😊

Depending on the type of apartment. About $1,000 to $1,500 for a 2 -3 bedroom apartment in a month

There might be nice views and a walking park nearby, but the driving around Moncton/Dieppe/Riverview is some of the worst I have experienced. This place has constant speeding through residential neighborhoods and just about anywhere else. Tailgating.....constant tailgating!! Try living on the top end of Trites Rd. During summer, ATVs and dirtbikes making loud noise all day. It also seems that every few cars coming off the 4 way stop decide it is a racing track. At night, guys are racing each other up and down the top end of Trites. Police?...what a joke in this town.
