Good morning Ken! I pray your Father-in-Law will makes a full recovery. Thank you for the introduction to these products. You constantly have unique products to demonstrate and your content is always interesting. I wish I had a better camera system to make a few videos...as I have some things I like to share. Oh, I did see Dunkirk...it left me feeling sad. War is such as waste. The fear and chaos is real. The command decisions that leave personnel behind for the greater good...that happens. Oh, the small boats were nice to see and Spitfires were nicer to hear. The Cuban cigars where just illegal to bring into the USA. "Oh, it burns" should have been "Oh, it burns like a mutha..." You are the best Ken. Take care.

That video prove that nothing compares with the ultimate "home sweet home feel". coming home, take a shower, SHAVE THE CHEEKS", take your favorite aftershave, dress up relaxed, make a cup of good hot black coffie, (or a beer) watch a movie on the sofa set, so give youself a present, like christmas as agent Cooper would said :) Great that you like that product Ken, this revieuw makes me really happy and proud which to get the possibility to make Fresh up more know here. Yes I wish that the company (Koninklijke Sanders from Vlijmen in the Netherlands, they are also in the U.K's as Royal Sanders in Lancashire) would start a campaign to export that great aftershave everywhere to make it more accessible. This good old school product deserve really a resurrection on the cosmetic market. I hope a good health for your father in law and have a good week Ken. M.

An excellent shave my friend. Glad to hear your father in law is doing okay. I still use a soap and brush which will never change but I've had to go back to cartridges. The DE's, SE's and straight razors were causing my neck to break out. My tomatoes didn't get that big and I only got about 5.

Great shave with very interesting products of Holland! European myself, never heard about "Fresh-up". As to the product line of "Vergulde Hand", I got to know them through shaving videos only. Both products are not on the market in Switzerland. Although another old, famous men's grooming product of Holland is well known over here: REUZEL. Don't know if it is on the market in USA/Canada. Ken, I am glad to hear your father-in-law is getting better👍🏼

To all the Dutch wet shavers: Have you tried the Dille & Kamille Scheerzeep (Shaving Soap)? When I was in Utrecht with my girlfriend she dragged me into that Dille & Kamille store and I was just biding my time until I realized they must have a soap section, and thus, I figured, maybe they would have a shaving soap. And they did! And it's been my favorite soap for the past two months. It's a hard puck soap that's super easy to lather, has a nice, fresh, subtle soapy scent and is super slick. I really very much recommend that soap, you should give it a try if you're in the Netherlands!

hello pkj77 in the Netherlands you can buy it in every drugstore calles Kruidvat. here the official website of them: freshup.nl/ click on "products" , you see they work together with Drogisterij.net you can ask them on facebook, facebook.com/drogisterij.net and maybe there is a solution they sent it to you? or you ask directly by Fresh Up (Royal sanders) click on contact. Fresh up is in the Netherlands as old as Tabac in germany. it's very vintage. good luck!
