I used to dance Argentine tango a lot and a Evaristo Carriego was one of my favorite tangos (especially Osvaldo Pugliese's version). Your rendition is absolutely beautiful and truly captures the essence of this song. I've listened to it three times already! Just perfect!

I'm really impressed. I heard you for my first time in the film "The song of names" and I waited the end for the credits to read the wonderful person played violin. I don't know enough words in English to say you how I feel but you are blessed and thank you to share with us. María.

Perfecta interpretación del Tango Argentino! 🇦🇷❤ It's impressive how perfectly Ray together with the pianist understood the essence of this Tango masterpiece. Love from Argentina Brava!!!!
@ErikWilliamsviolin5 жыл бұрын
This is excellent because of the heavy use of Rubato. Tempo freedom, within structurally appropriate timeliness, is one of the things that makes a song a "tango" song. That and many other things, such as a swaying between heavy molasses and light inquisitive strokes. I'd love to play some tango tunes with Ray sometime.
