To prepare three servings, you'll need:
Minced meat (50% beef and 50% pork) - 21.16 oz (600g)
Onion - 1 bulb
Breadcrumbs - 1.06 oz (30g)
Milk - 3.38 fl oz (100ml)
Garlic - 1 clove
Parsley - a few sprigs of fresh or 1 teaspoon of parsley flakes
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Ground paprika - 1 teaspoon
italian seasoning - 1 teaspoon
Potatoes - 28.22 oz (800g)
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Cheese - 7.05 oz (200g)
Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
Soak breadcrumbs in milk and let them sit for about 10 minutes. Finely chop onion and parsley. Add soaked breadcrumbs to the minced meat. Add onion, garlic, parsley, salt, black pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning. Mix thoroughly.
Grate the potatoes coarsely. Place the grated potatoes in a sieve, add salt, and mix. Let excess liquid drain.
