A fantastic dinner idea: a minced meat and grated potato casserole! Baked to perfection in charming boat-shaped forms, this recipe promises a delightful culinary experience for any occasion.
To prepare three servings, you'll need:
Minced meat (50% beef and 50% pork) - 21.16 oz (600g)
Onion - 1 bulb
Breadcrumbs - 1.06 oz (30g)
Milk - 3.38 fl oz (100ml)
Garlic - 1 clove
Parsley - a few sprigs of fresh or 1 teaspoon of parsley flakes
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Ground paprika - 1 teaspoon
italian seasoning - 1 teaspoon
Potatoes - 28.22 oz (800g)
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Cheese - 7.05 oz (200g)
Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
Soak breadcrumbs in milk and let them sit for about 10 minutes. Finely chop onion and parsley. Add soaked breadcrumbs to the minced meat. Add onion, garlic, parsley, salt, black pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning. Mix thoroughly.
Grate the potatoes coarsely. Place the grated potatoes in a sieve, add salt, and mix. Let excess liquid drain.
Shape boat-like forms from baking paper. Place the meat mixture on the bottom. Spread the grated potatoes over the meat. Sprinkle with grated cheese and drizzle with mayonnaise. Bake for about 50 minutes at 356°F (180°C). Garnish with parsley. Enjoy your meal!
