INGREDIENTS:
Olive oil
450g. / 1 lb. Ground beef
1 Onion
1/2 Green bell pepper
Season with salt and black pepper
1 tsp Sweet paprika
1 tsp Thyme
3 tbsp Tomato sauce
8 oz./ 220g. Mozzarella cheese
3 large potatoes, sliced lengthwise
Chives

@@evanyd18 , yes! I have commented a few times before on Sophie's knife skills. I worked my way through college in a butcher shop/deli, and had pretty good skills, but that was nearly 4 decades ago. I encourage you to keep working on it, using your knuckles as the safety guide on the broad side of the blade. The more you do, the more comfortable you will become. Blessings

This is very much likeShepherd’s pie with a different prep. For Shepherd’s pie you make a thick stew with ground beef, then top with mashed potato and cheese and bake in an oven. But I must admit this looks much more fancy, and delicious! I love channels like this with great home cooking. Forget the caviar, and truffles, I want to see a cook that can make more “humble” ingredients sing and dazzle. Bravo!
