This 2014 clip was a session on breaking through emotional barriers. In the CATTA, we use board breaking as one of our physical applications of this principle.
My beloved fathers: There’s already enough pressure in this society on our boys. The last thing they need to feel is pressure from us to perform for our affirmation. Whether it’s displaced or not, we should do whatever is needed tor relieve this pressure. Our sons need to know they are good enough, even when the worlds says they are not good enough. Shalom

Being able to say 'I'm sorry' as a father takes real humility.

This man is turning harmless men into peaceful men. Every video i watch he is teaching personal responsibility and how to properly regulate emotions. When its okay to cry and when its okay to be tough. Also in my opinion the most important when to say im sorry. To admit wronghood and grow from it. This man is a hero and his morals and philosphies are what my generation needs. Thank you sir. One day i hope i can achieve this goal as well. ,,

Wish I had a father like you. Never knew mine, he bounced when I was around two. You’re a good man, the world is a better place with you here. Respect and much love.

A father is proud when his son puts forth an honest effort. You win some, you lose some, but you'll never know your full potential until you push yourself. Great job and incredible life lesson! 💯

Sir i been struggling with the demon inside of me, through all the life choices i've made it has only made that dark side stronger. Growing up without any real guidance was a result of that, and watching your videos somehow fills a void that I much needed as a child, a father figure. I am brought to tears by many of your videos, and you must know you are doing God's work here on Earth. I have nothing but the utmost admiration and respect for what you do for the boys and even grown ups like myself. Watching your videos gives me a fresh new perspective on how to deal with the inner shadow of one's self. Would mental health be a topic you would plan on talking about in the future? God Bless!

I’ve been crying for the past 20 mins from seeing this video. Being a immigrant child coming all the way to America, there has been a lot of expectations of me in terms of excellence in school and getting a doctorates job. I’m in college rn struggling with my mental health and have lost touch with my faith and in a position of constant pressure because all I want is for my mother and father to be proud of me. At the same time the pressure kills me because I feel like I’ve let them down because my grades are not good enough. I can’t speak to my father and mother about this because of the fear that they’re expectations of me will be crushed and seeing this really broke my heart cuz I constantly feel what that kid is feeling. God bless your soul sir

I wish i got affirmation like that from my father. we've lived in the same house for 22 yrs and I cant even count five times he has given me any solid advice or guidance. But I learnt with how to be independent in my decisions even without him. i guess that's what he wants to teach me
