Once a time, there lived a passionate chef who also to be a loving father. From the moment his daughter was born, he played the role of a culinary guardian angel, using his skillful hands to sprinkle magic into their lives. And oh, how he adored her!
In their cozy kitchen, he would craft carrots with tender care, sculpting them into delicate stars. With each star-shaped carrot, he hoped to whisk away the shadows of her mother's absence, even if only for a moment. Through the simplicity of these small wonders, he poured all his love, attempting to fill the void that lingered in their hearts.
But as his daughter grew, a tempestuous storm of adolescence swept over their once harmonious relationship. School and rebellion collided, causing her patience for her father's affectionate gestures to wane. The stars, once a source of delight, seemed to fade into a distant memory.
Yet, time has an uncanny way of weaving its own tales. As his daughter ventured into adulthood, the vastness of life outside the home embraced her tightly. It was during this transformative phase that she began to unearth the truth hidden beneath her father's efforts - the sincerity that had always been there, quietly nourishing her soul.
Their trusty kitchen knives, loyal companions throughout the years, were silent observers of this tender journey. Whether in moments of joy or sorrow, they witnessed the unbreakable bond shared by this father and daughter. And, armed with this newfound wisdom, they desired to spread happiness and togetherness to more families through the art of cooking.
For the love of family, they dedicated themselves to making every meal a tapestry of warmth and connection. They believed that, with each dish prepared with love, they could bridge the gaps that separated hearts and bring solace to those in need.
And so, with hearts alight and hands intertwined, this father and daughter duo embarked on their mission to sprinkle joy, one pot and pan at a time, knowing that their love-infused creations would forever hold the power to touch hearts and make a difference in the lives of many.

I came here from a different video. This was one of the few KZbin ads I do not mind. Loved the stories and how your knives are woven into it!

Wonderful! Just wonderful. Japanese steel is the best in the world. But these blades go much further. It’s part of a tradition, a regime, blades that are such high quality stay with you, sometimes for life. I own a few quite good authentic Japanese blades but not a Musashi so far. Plan on changing that. My Gyuto and I are practically joined at the hip.
