His other oki is avoidable too including his 3+1 air grab oki setup. I think devilster has a showcase of some options you can escape without just laying on the ground.

They know the gameplan, the matchup, etc. Gouki and Geese was only introduced in T7, which explains people's hatred for it and not just because its a 2D chara. Additionally, the only reason why Super Akouma has a hard time from time to time is that he's an emotional player. You can also see this when he fought against HK Jr. when he gets flustered by his OTGF punish with blocked Shoryuken that he EX Shoryuken's suddenly in the next round, which made him spam in the last round, costing him the run. All in all, if Super Akouma actually doesnt shit himself the moment everything doesn't go his way he could solidify people's hatred on the character LMAO

That df1 can be block punished. Don't press up to get of the ground. Press df to stand up and turn around at the same time, then hold back to block during the standing animation. It works without fail. Im honestly surprised this isnt common knowledge at the pro level. Just goes to show how massive of a game tekken 7 is and hiw the tech in this game is almost infinite nearly 6 years later.

Why would they use PS5s at a major? The game doesn't run any better on PS5, it's much more expensive, and there can be compatibility issues for controllers. They'll use PS5s for PS5 games, not Tekken 7.
