I had a similar situation when I was managing projects for IBM. I managed the rebuilding of the Kuwaiti infrastructure following the first Gulf War. The team completed the project in record time, which afforded me a VERY healthy early completion bonus. When the check cleared my bank, I sat down and wrote out 384 checks, and accompanying notes, to the individuals who ACTUALLY did the work. This distressed my then wife to no end and she actually divorced me over it. I would do it again, if given the opportunity to do so. A great big KUDO to Brandon for acknowledging the TEAM that gets it done, NOT the individual person! THAT is REAL integrity!

I know the feeling I worked in a food store for almost 35 years I know what he feels like my boss treated me like a queen I can never thank him enough he was depressed boss I think I've had since I started working at the age of 14 so 1981 I started at a Shop and Save back in that time then it turned into shop and bag and then I was rehired in 91 so I know what he is going through it just melts my heart that people do get recognized for the good act they have done I wish everybody in the world deserves what us the hardest working people so God bless

Wish we had employers and employees like that in the Uk very much every man for him self here. The world needs guys like him and employers like that, Fred Myers, REI, cabellas, etc. Hopefully still wholesome and caring employers they always seemed to be. Kudos to Brandon for the kudos he gave to everyone in the store that make Meijers store ideals work. Even tho a grocery order he included those in the home goods that come assist the workers in the grocery area when they need help. Also thanx to the woman who went above & beyond the 5 star rating she called into the store. Truly wish more people would understand that yes they were "doing their job", but those that DO THE JOB over the minimum many at most stores slide with, should get a high five!
