I know this is so random AF, and I also know it’s for the vibe of the vlog, but I used to work at Starbucks as a store manager for 5 years- but letting your espresso shots pour directly over the ice“kills” your shots, it basically does a thermal shock which leads to “burnt or dead” shots. It’s also looses and separates the flavor of the espresso.

@ there actually is 😂 in fact, When hot espresso shots are poured over ice, the sudden temperature change causes the coffee’s flavor compounds to react differently. This “thermal shock” can result in a more bitter or sour taste, as it alters the extraction balance of the espresso. Additionally, the rapid cooling can diminish the crema-the layer of emulsified oils and gases on top of a freshly pulled shot-which affects the texture and flavor profile. That said, the impact might not be noticeable to everyone. Some people might not taste the difference, especially in a drink with milk, caramel, or other strong flavors like a caramel macchiato. While technically true that it can affect the quality, whether or not it matters depends on individual taste and context. But I would not like to debate this over her comment section. @@LaughMusic331 you actually will let the shot go into a seperate glass and then once the shot is fully done, you can then pour it over ice. Of course, this is for a macchiato, which means “pouring shot on top”. A latte is a different layer form so the shot can go in first and then you can add milk and ice 🩷🩷🩷

For the curls I have the exact same problem I use styling clips (like the ones that hair dressers use) I use three at the top of my head one in the middle the other two on the opposite sides of it as close as possible to create that lift and volume wait till it fully dry’s. And girl the volume is Voluming!!! 👏🏼👏🏼🤌🏼💋

Yes! While some people still use the sauna naked, it's common for people to wear shorts/swimsuits in saunas (particularly ones in gyms vs a bathhouse)
