I suffered from hormonal cystic acne for years and tried everything, even went on Accutane 2x (such a regret), tried topicals, antibiotics, acupuncture... and the acne would always come back, right along my jawline like clockwork every month. I swear the only thing that has truly cured me long-term is washing my face every day with hemp oil (oil cleansing method). It's so much cheaper and worth a try - I've used it for 5+ years and it saved my life!

I used to sufer from hormonal imbalances in the body as well, espescially after quitting the pill. For me, taking ashwagandha together with maca (as capsules) reeeeally made a difference. Worth looking into. My skin is usually flawless now, and I havent been on the pill for years.

cocokind is my favvv skin care!!!!! their ethics is amazing and obviously the products too🤍 their spf and acne-prone serum is great!! i feel like the serum may dry out some skin types though, but it works for my oily skin.

As a girlie managing hormonal acne for >>>10 years, I would highly recommend you check out products dermatologists suggest for acne treatment over natural remedies. Unlike some of the natural methods, ingredients like retinol have a lot of high quality studies showing it is an effective treatment for acne which is probably why you’re noticing results. Benzoyl Peroxide and Salicylic Acid are also great ingredients to incorporate into your routine to manage acne (found in a lot of drug store cleansers, serums, and creams). Spot patches are AMAZING and really help too when you get a painful breakout. I’d hate for you to waste your money/time on natural products that don’t work as well or could cause harm (supplements included). Either way, totally respect your hormonal acne journey and wish you the best with it. ❤❤❤

I’ve been using tretinoin recently also (: the DIM has been helping a lot though, I don’t think there’s anything wrong with taking natural supplements but totally agree to talk to a derm. I’m abroad right now so it’s made it pretty difficult to access healthcare and products unfortunately.

@@angelinanicollle Glad to hear things are working for you. It isn’t easy to find the right combination of products and sometimes takes a while. Please share if you end up trying some products with the actives I suggested!!! Hope you’re enjoying your time abroad. Excited to see what you share next about your travels. 🤗

That place looks stunning!!! Why was I born in England 😢 I'm a summer girl, I want summer all year, winter brings my mood right down. It also annoys me that English people moan about it being too cold in winter and then moan it's too hot in summer. I just dont feel normal here, I'm nothing like anyone here, I just think differently
