Thank you for making this video, it's crazy how many of us have had such similar experiences with birth control but it is still so easily pushed on young women. I took birth control from the age of 18-23 until I decided to get sterilized. About 6 months after, in May of 2022, I suddenly started getting horrible hormonal acne, and I've been struggling ever since. Before the BC as a teenager I also never had acne problems. I've tried the spearmint tea, vitex supplements, raspberrry leaf tea, retinol, adapalene gel, salicylic acid cleansers, anti-inflammatory diets, FODMAP diet, etc. Very looking forward to trying clear stem and I hope I can have a great ending to my story as well.
