As someone who’s lost both of my grandfathers in recent years, I know exactly how you feel. Losing a loved one is the worst feeling in earth and it can feel like the world is just closing in on you and taking someone so amazing away from you. However, at least your grandfather is in a better place now, and he’s at peace. You, and your f,wily now have a guardian angel watching over all of you 💕💕💕

Amanda, with Spironolactone you should keep your intake of water high, just water, bc is a diuretic. But, be aware of the electrolytes that you take bc your body will retain potassium, and is dangerous. If you take just water it will be better, or salt water ❤️ I’m a doctor
