Thanks Mr. Gerald. You seem to be happier nowadays, staying closer to home and all helps. Todd the retired trucker.

Man the crops look good but the prices are falling
@wyatt123585 ай бұрын
@@thedirtytrucker9633 Yeah not many countries buying or extra stuff right now or they are able to have South America supply them at a lower price. Most all the corn where I live between Rochester, Mn. and the Iowa line is going either for ethanol gas or for livestock feed. Most of the soybeans go to either ADM or CHS crush oil plants about 100 miles west of us.
@wyatt123585 ай бұрын
Funny how when the price of grain falls or livestock prices fall the cost of food at the grocery stores rarely drops much. If the general population only knew how bad they are getting ripped off by bread and cereal companies. Sure there is the cost of packaging and trucking but how much grain really goes into a loaf of bread and a box of cereal A CUP AT THE MOST.

I do agree with the tariff rules that TRUMP want though. Too many countries have taken advantage of us for too long. CHINA has eaten our LUNCH LITERALLY

Right below the starter solenoid by the steering column is a 2 wire weather pack connector that gets corroded and loses connection.
@thedirtytrucker96335 ай бұрын
Thanks man. I meant to say that I had cleaned that plug up. That one and that eight pin duetsch connector that works the a/c switches behind there have gave me trouble in the past
@nickferrell80025 ай бұрын
@@thedirtytrucker9633 not a problem mine was so bad I cut it out and use butt connectors. Solved my problem this thing was eating solenoids up about every 6-8 months before
@thedirtytrucker96335 ай бұрын
Damn man that’s bad. I’ve had that plug apart several times to make sure it wasn’t corroded or showing signs of arcing in there. I thought about straight wiring it to eliminate the possibility of me missing something. I had to do that with the deutcsh connector back there

Always get out and check your tailgate to make sure it opens. If you see material popping out then you’re good. If not get out and check. It happened to me once and boy it was tough to get open with all that weight against the gate.

Man yeah. If I don’t see material coming out buy the time that second stage I’ll get out and look.

Did you upgrade to 379 hangers for your 359? I just noticed today that my frame and liner are both cracked on my 359. The original hanger design seems to be hard on the frame I guess.
@thedirtytrucker96335 ай бұрын
I didn’t. They are just using the oem hangers. I do like the 379 ones better.
