A Few Deltarune Theories

I had several theories and speculation points about Deltarune that I decided to put into one video.

This is a fun theory video, very informative! (LONG COMMENT ALERT IF YOU DO NOT LIKE LONG COMMENTS, YOU PROBABLY WON’T WANT TO READ THIS!) 3:35 Something to add on is that Kris and Chara are very similar like how they both wear green and like chocolate, both can pull very creepy faces, both like carrying knives and both got adopted into the Dreemur family as the only human. So not to link Undertale to Deltarune because they are clearly different games but even so they still both have the same characters and even share a Twitter so Undertale can’t be entirely separated from Deltarune. So with that covered, there is a line of dialogue that Asriel says if you backtrack in the True Pacifist ending to the very beginning after defeating the final boss. It is “Chara hated humanity” and not just that but he also says “I know why Chara climbed the mountain, it wasn’t for a very happy reason” implying that Chara was so upset about having to live in a world of humans that they ran away to a mountain and then tripped on a vine like in the opening cutscene. This could mean that Kris may have ran away as well for the same reason and then the Dreemur family took them in. Tape 4 in the True Lab “I don’t like this idea anymore Chara” It appears Chara and Asriel are thinking of a plan but what precisely? Well that is explained in the next couple of lines, “Y… yeah! We’ll be strong! Well free everyone.” In Tape 5, Asriel says “Six. We just have to get six right?” which means that Chara is perfectly fine with killing 6 other humans. And yes, 6 not 7 because Chara sacrifices themself which is why Chara mentions in Tape 3 about how Asgore consuming flowers made him very sick and why Asriel says “I’ll go get the flowers” In Tape 4. In Tape 5, it is revealed that Chara won’t wake up and Asriel says “I don’t like this plan anymore” which means that Chara not waking up is a part of the plan. This comment is too long but in summary Kris may have the same hatred of humans that Chara has. It is really good that we can see how similar Kris and Chara are because we don’t know too much about Kris and Chara has lines and lines of dialogue in the game dedicated to them, some even being said by them.
