Ottavia & Anthony brought a daughter into the world. I don’t think she is in the public life much: like, no paparazzi cameras hassle-ing her. It’s deeply unfortunate that Anthony won’t be around on this earthly plane to advise, encourage, apply nutrition tips-&-tricks, and administer hugs as only a good dad can. if she chooses to study and train similar to Ottavia, I bet gym-Brōs and top-level teachers both will earnestly do everything possible to aid in obtaining successes. BJJ white belt beats BJJ blue belt in Brazil: everything you need to know about the crappy Judo belt-grading system inherited by so many other martial arts. NB: I'm not criticizing BJJ or Judo; Judoka are notoriously tough, and w/o Judo, no BJJ...nuff said. I'm saying the Judo belt system is practically meaningless w/o taking gender, age, & physical characteristics into account (at the very least). Everyone knows BJJ belts are some of if not the hardest belts to earn, but the example cited above proves that belt vs belt comparisons on their own aren't worth much. If you don't think strength matters in BJJ, ground-fighting, & grappling in general, you're extremely inexperienced (nothing wrong with that) and / or strenuously delusional (which can be _dangerous)._ Take a look at the physiques of TRT Belfort, Mark Hunt, Brock Lesnar, Wanderlei Silva, Mark Coleman, Kevin Randalman, Ken & Frank Shamrock etc. Israel Adeyasanya is seemingly an exception to the rule, but don't kid yourself that he's not extremely athletic (esp. fast / powerful), skillful, tough, driven, and competitive. Bruce Lee was in the top percentile (top 1%) for upper body strength for his weight (~160 pounds) but (a) a top 1% 160-pounder would get rag-dolled easily by a top 1% 240 pounder, (b) Bruce's _strength_ was his _power_ (speed), and _skill,_ and (c) Bruce Less has been ridiculously mythologized: he _never_ proved his point in the ring, full stop. The old school 6 S's tell you a lot more than belt gradings: *_strength, size, speed, skill, suppleness (flexibility) and stamina (endurance)._* Kill or be killed / battlefield combat is a whole different ballgame vs streetfighting, which is a whole different ballgame vs martial arts tournament fighting. Military CQB incorporates medical science (e.g. understanding that the ability to perform fine motor actions is gone > 160bpm heartrate for 99% of ppl) primary / secondary / tertiary options, fighting in combat boots, no kicking above the knee or waist, lethal knee/shin/foot-breaking kick-stomps, and above all, dirty fighting taken to a whole new level, more appropriately described as filthy fighting.
