Probably you're talking about the western way to do this. Remember they are in the Phillipines where the spoon is held in the right hand like a knife and the fork in the left hand to push food into the spoon. Honestly, even if you were correct, it would be a silly thing to base your only contribution to the video on - comes off as a criticism. Better to start with something nice, first (For example, I made a nice comment earlier in the comments).

That is a male pig that should not be butchered , you have to let the vendor know. We have organic piggery and it should not have that gamy taste or smell unless it male. Can’t do anything about it. The only time you will know is while cooking it, it has that pungent smell.
