Vigan is the capital of Ilocos Sur province in far north of Manila. It is famous for preserving Spanish pueblo houses. Also famous for their food like that longanisa you tried, Bagnet and Empanada. Try visiting that place Tim. You can take a plane to Clark then road trip to the north.

Yeah, both chefs were there for breakfast and really nice to get a chance to eat with them. It was a very good buffet and nice to get some guidance through it. I think they also made sure everything was well prepared as well
