Takes me right back to Slovenia - the colours, VO and music captured the peaceful country perfectly.

The name of the lake is Črno jezero (Black Lake) and it is the lowest lake in the valley of the Triglav Seven Lakes. The video is very good.

Nice video of my country. The desert is Blejska kremšnita and not Prekmurska gibanica. And second - the mountains. The mountains in Slovenia aren't high, but are quite difficult. If you go to Switzerland or Austria, you say, I won't go to the highest mountains over 3000 meters, I will go to some middle high mountain around 2000 metres. And usualy there is no problem. Lots of such mountains in Alps are easy, roads go high and there is a easy walk on top. But not in Slovenia. We have only two high mountain roads (Vršič and Mangart) and nowhere to go from there unless you are experienced mountaneer. Other roads are low, only 600 to 800m and that means 1500m of climbing. That is 4 hours. 300 meters elevation is for one hour. Many accidents happen in our mountains and some also die. They are very beautiful, not so high as Swiss, Austrian or Italian but not easy. Many people don't know that and think 2000 meters, what could be wrong. Many roads in the Alps are higher, cows are on that height, no problem. But it is good to be careful. So have some experiences, good boots, good clothes, plus water, something for rain and for cold weather, be healthy , read weather report and enjoy in our beautiful mountains.

Yes! I did Vrsic up to Prisojnik and it was not an easy walk at all. I absolutely love the Julian Alps and Slovenia and can't wait to return.
