Hello and welcome to ModernBroadcast.
This is my quick introductory guide and tutorial of the bad usb function of the Flipper Zero device. Which is an all in one Tamagotchi inspired hacking tool.
The Flipper Zero is a swiss army knife of hacking tools. This device has it all, Infrared, GPIO pins, RFID, NFC, IButton, Sub-GHZ, a Micro SD card slot, and an adorable dolphin pet!

They will work in subfolders as long as they are in the Bad USB directory. Easiest way is to git clone the whole repository and drop it in the Bad USB folder, then you have them all and organized.

Hi, great video, do you know any tool to run locally the scripts before running them in the FZ? My idea is using a Win10 in a virtual machine and run there the scripts to avoid breaking anything.

the only thing that screwed me up was when u get done making ur script save as to desktop or ur place and save as REGULAR TEXT. OR PLAIN TEXT. that kept me from being able to see it in the flippers badusb folder as that wasnt mentioned and my windows 11 os saves by default as "all files" or all formats

I believe I heard, they moved and REmoved most of the playground. I think it has some basic scripts in it, and a few fun toys but its not as robust. This is only what I've heard I haven't actually gone looking. I'll see what I can do about an updated video.

Does the target pc have to be unlocked and open? Like If I come to the victims pc and the screen is locked and I plug up bad usb will it do anything or no

For some reason when i use ducky scripts off of hak5 i get error codes when i use them on my flipper but the scripts i download from the flipper playground work every time. Is there a reason for this? They’re both in ducky script correct? When i try to run the script i get an error that its a specific line in the code like line 10 or line 5

So when I messed with this the scripts would error out if I put them in a sub folder inside badusb. If you boot from just badusb folder it should work

most of the hak5 rubber ducky scripts are intended for use with their USB, and when used within flipper executes differently. You can try alter the code though sometimes it works

Yes you should utilize a microSD card for the FlipperZero as it’s internal storage is pretty nonexistent

I tried to go to the Flipper directory after downloading Notepad++ and went down to dumps and databases but couldnt manage to find the same thread as you pointed out " Large collection of Files". I tried to see if i could manage around it but kept getting lost due to being a flipper novice. Any help please?

I heard they moved/removed the playground so I'm not sure if I can navigate to a trust worthy directory. I found one, but upon downloading the file and reviewing the contents it was programmed to get other information and other scripts just straight up didnt do what it said it was suppose to do. Always review the code before running anything you get from the internet.

Hey. I tried this on a friends computer with his permission and it didnt load the scripts correctly, it kept loading random files from his system including his printer folder? You could see CMD opening up then closing and the RUN script opening but alot of random files just opening and closing, even one of the scripts opened his steam and loaded CSGO? .. wtf haha

Yes. With the Wi-Fi board there are some wireless things you can do although I’m not too familiar.

Yeah the bad usb I was referring to takes up the computers resources till it eventually crashes.

Keep checking as they release in batches. Otherwise you could purchase from Amazon or EBay for scalper prices. Be wary of eBay however as it’s been reported people were getting empty boxes with a photo of the flipper zero inside, not sure if that’s still a thing but it was a problem for awhile

Connect then run the program. Be sure QFlipper is not running on computer

@@cadywelp235 hmmm I had this issue once when I didn’t have the bad usb file in the root of bad usb. Now typically this shouldn’t be a problem but for whatever reason my flipper wasn’t having any of it until I updated the firmware to unleashed

Hmm what version of Windows? When I was in high school I took a few college courses in C++. For my final I created a program that would bypass any windows XP - Windows 7 login screen and give the user access to all files. I can’t share this program for obvious reasons but I know there are some tutorials out there to recreate it.

I’d strongly discourage this idea. You might find it’s more trouble than it’s worth. But to do what you’re wanting I hear it is possible but you’ll need the Wi-Fi board and more technical “know how” than I possess.

The ducky script will have to be for MACOS but yes you can utilize BadUSB on Mac Windows and Linux

I got it from what’s called the playground. I think they have sent for moved it or moved it. I’m not sure I haven’t had a chance to look. I’ll end up doing an updated video showcasing where to find stuff if I can find things stay tuned.

I reread this comment and I think I misunderstood the question the first time round. After running the payload it creates a txt file in the temp folder this can be changed however by opening the code and telling it to go elsewhere.

hi, I thought id replied but it doesn't seem to have sent, I use a program called parallels that splits the drive and runs windows side by side, its a legit program that apple endorse to some extent (its also good for running windows games on steam through Mac)
