Reading all these comments it’s interesting to see how many people long for this simpler, more spiritual life in touch with their surroundings. I think the pandemic has made us more aware of that so perhaps the only good that’s come out of it all! The way you present on KZbin is so wonderful. Normally the presenter seem to like themselves more than what they have to say. You actually have something to say, yet we never see your face. You make the subject really the subject. Hope that makes sense, it’s hard to express what you think in a language that’s not your own. I’m from the Netherlands. I'm watching from North Idaho, USA. We lived in South Yorkshire for 5 years and my daughter was born there. My son caught his first trout on the River Wharfe near Bolton Abbey, and we spent many a weekend exploring the countryside. We were so lucky to be able to live in this beautiful part of the UK! Thank you for this beautiful tranquil video, so informative! The horses are stunning it reminds me of one of the most happiest times of my life. I had several horses for Hunter's/jumpers and Dressage. Memories of my precious horses and my dearest friend since kindergarten (lost her to cancer 9 years ago. The countryside is so lovely and the old graveyards tell many stories of the past. PS I'm making a similar recipe ( Shepherds Pie) tonight. 🙏🙏👍
