This house is really meant for couples. Since the soaking tub over looks downstairs. 😮 that said, this house is an awesome way to reconnect with your spouse and let him 👀 look at you while you shower outside, inside, soak in the tub, or use the potty 😅 Thanks for the review.

As a homeowner who backed out of more than one purchase after an inspection, it is interesting to have an inspection perspective on his videos, as opposed to a potential guest. It is a cool cabin for sure. A concern would be the roof that slants and ends on the deck. I don’t see a drain so that cannot be good for the foundation. Also, there is no furnace-the heat source is electric-you can tell as there are no vents-instead you can see the system where the air is conditioned on at least two of the walls. My first and only house which is my current house is a new construction as I came to the realization that I would have the least issues with a newly constructed house. Again, I love these videos, I just have an inspection perspective when I watch these.

I love hearing critical reviews. So many folks just get shiny object syndrome and have nothing real to contribute to the conversation. As someone who owns a couple units, I'm always mining for comments like yours, because I come to videos like this for ideas and motivation to create the same type of things. Also, I backed out of a purchase last year as we kept finding interesting little tells during escrow. We're now in a different home and trying to build a unit or two on the back of the property. It’s a really cool channel, as someone who is from metro Detroit (I have been to San Diego-Coronado Island, the Gaslight district, the train that ends at the border to Tijuana-I walked to Tijuana and I regretted it instantly, etc.), I like this channel as I like nature. Yes, buying a house gave me years of anxiety, so many houses I skipped out on even before setting foot inside. I agree, a lot of people get shiny object syndrome. I am very interested in how houses are built and I am surprised that Levi does not really discuss this. Thank you for the comment, I see so many things that I would be concerned if I were the property owner, probably number one is gutters/downspouts-having water flow away from the home/foundation. I like being able to detect stuff like this, most people don’t really pay attention.

I'm trying to be the guy who owns the units he's showing off. I've been an airbnb superhost for a year and with the right setup, it pays very well.

A frames can feel very dark, narrow, and closed in. The tower dormers make all the difference in making the home feel spacious and bright while respecting the drama of the A frame design. Beautiful home and setting!

Always enjoy watching the A-Frame Homes Levi. Not sure if you saw that I was rushed to the hospital last week. The ambulance never called Medic Alert and Hospital took hours. I have medical conditions and they did not care and I could not talk and swell up and could not get air. / I had better medical care when I was in Hawaii than here in Canada. This sure makes me want to leave Canada. And I was denied CPP for looking after my parents for 30 years. Have a great day. Cheers.!
