the benefit of 0 cost HP like lich king is even if they dont help endgame they will always save a little health early on due to free strenght i much prefer them over stuff like chenvalla where if you dont hit its a dead heropower, even if the potential payoff for those is bigger

He used it all game. You don't play lich king to force a weird reborn build, you play lich king to be stronger early
