Preparation and ingredients:
1.5 kg pork (I have a pork neck).
1-2 teaspoons salt.
1 teaspoon black pepper.
Mix salt and black pepper.
6 cloves of garlic.
Cut garlic cloves into thin slices.
Mix chopped garlic cloves with salt and black pepper.
Bay leaves.
Break the leaves into small pieces.
Make holes in the meat.
Place the garlic well into the cut with the bay leaf.
The more punctures you make in the meat, the better the meat will be soaked with spices from the inside.
Preheat the pan to maximum heat and brown the meat well on all sides (sear quickly so that no juice comes out).
Place the pork, fried on all sides, in a pot.
Cover the meat completely with boiling water.
Cover the pot with a lid and place it on the stove.
Cook over low heat for 1.5 hours (water should boil slightly).
Then turn off the stove and cool the meat completely in the broth itself (this way the meat will retain its juiciness, taste and aroma).
1 kg of young potatoes.
Fill potatoes with water.
Add salt.
Place the potatoes on the stove and cook until soft.
Remove potatoes from heat.
This is a very tasty and easy potato recipe!
Mash all potatoes lightly.
You should get flattened potatoes like this.
1 tablespoon olive oil.
1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
1 teaspoon dried garlic.
1 teaspoon aromatic herbs.
Mix spices well.
Line a baking tray with baking paper and place the potatoes on it.
Spread the potatoes with the prepared sauce.
Place in the oven at 250°C/482°F for 15 minutes.
50g Parmesan cheese.
Grate cheese on a fine grater.
Pork is completely cold and ready to serve.
You can use the broth to make meat soup, believe me, the taste will be impressive!
