RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS:
3 potatoes.
1 broccoli.
Salt.
Cook broccoli for 1-2 minutes.
1 onion.
Oil.
Fry the onion for 5-7 minutes.
1-2 carrots.
Yoghurt 400 gr. / 2 cups.
garlic, parsley, salt.
Mix well.
Add dressing and stir.
6-10 cherry tomatoes.
Feta 100 gr. / 1/2 cup.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for 20 minutes.
I make delicious sauce!
yogurt 3 tablespoons.
Mayonnaise 2-3 tablespoons.
Dijon mustard - tablespoons 1:2., parsley
Mix well.
Enjoy your meal!

Hello..I am from Providence, Rhode Island. Usa... I know you can use crème fraîche, sour cream, buttermilk, cottage cheese, avocado or guacamole, ricotta cheese, humus or mayo... And typically when you use the replacement it's the same amount of the yogurt that a recipe calls for.. Happy cooking and have a wonderful day!!
