The only thing I didn't like about this kit was the pop filter. It doesn't grab the boom arm very tight because the curved part, opposite the tightening screw, isn't long enough. Fortunately I had an extra pop filter with my InnoGear kit that fit perfectly. Other than that small issue this kit is an exceptional value.

Yup that was mine lol....did you grab a usb or xlr interface? You'll need something like the for your computer to register it as a mic....

You can try it but no matter what you do it needs phantom power🤷🏻‍♂️....so depending on how you work around anything u can’t get around that.

I just got this mic for christmas and I'm fairly disappointed. I assume you're using this with a mixer? Because mine sounds suuuuper grainy and it picks up every little noise, no matter if I have the mic cover on and/or the filter thing. I've tried messing with settings and it just isn't doing it. I got it for streaming specifically but at this point my headset mic on my Corsair Void Pro is out performing it. I will admit I'm not in a good room for great mic quality, it's very open and spacious but I am still disappointed that it isn't as good as the reviews say it is. I'm assuming buying a mixer is going to help? But I just wanted to know if it is going to be worth it... And possibly if you have any recommendations for a mixer on the lower end of the price spectrum that will do the job. Thanks in advance. Also I would like to add you can hear every time the arm moves or the cable is even lightly brushed. I'm just unsure of what exactly to do to fix it.

You don’t need a mixer at all....add some noise gate and suppression filters in obs to try and block out some of the noise.....still it shouldn’t sound terrible
