I've lived in both Houston and Dallas and I agree Dallas is better! 😂 But different strokes for different folks. What's great about Texas is it has lots of great options depending on the lifestyle you're looking for. By the way, cgp grey channel has a short video called Interstate's forgotten code about the US highway system and how they are numbered. Turns out there is a method to the madness. Based on your comments I think you'll find it interesting and informative. It will make our hwy numbers make much more sense and if you can explain it to clients it'll help them out too I'm sure!

Hi Marq u randomly popped up on my yt feed as im lookin at a place to plant my kiwi feet parttime in the u.s whilst doing back and forth from my home in new zealand lol. Ideally had Atl, GA and Hst TX as my front runners but after seeing so many reviews from locals and ppl there, i found myself scoping out wider to Dallas quite possibly VA lol! Your presentations just keeps amping up DLS greatly in terms of positive growth and economic n business expansions in the city, infact having the Tyson V Paul fight yesterday there in Arlington was a major world plug!🔥... i think one of things that was being considered is ofc that Tx heat it dont play 😂 and the 3 highways that another yt realtor says is in the u.s's top 5 most deadliest highways🤪... East n West coast has never appealed to me for living, however am just requiring an area with good weather and i love the cold too being from nz lol and greenery and water areas. I see South Lake as a beaut area and one of my spiritual mentors made the move to DFW from miami a few years ago and is loving it. I have been bingewatching quite a few of your vids as i find them so easy and super informative to gague in so kudos to you & if Dallas is the One, it would be kool to connect. 😊

When u think about it. What's happening in Chicago is happening in Dallas. Housing/jobs etc being used up by outsiders some getting government help while others coming from another sector and now folks have to rethink their entire lives and what their next move should be.

Loop 12 south is a freeway.m somewhat… you can take the i20 to the 408 and it turns into the loop 12. . Which is actually a freeway. And it pass the i30 all the way pass the Texas 121 express way. Toll. With no stop light.. I take it to work almost every day.
