Jack I love to model my game after you, very technical and aggressive on and off the ball. You have very good vision and are good at playing weighted balls into your teammates. I really love your videos and they really help me as an academy player in the US

Honestly, you're a very cool guy and I love your videos. You inspire me with the videos you put up here bro. I think you should make a video on "how to contact an agent or a coach if you have no club and have never played for a club but you have interest in playing for a club". It will help some of us. Much love from Ghana and say hi to Leo and my good friend Stanley. Bless up bro

Hey Jack! Thank you for all the great videos! Keep up the good work! I have a question about your morrning routine. I also do intermittent fasting. And as I understand the only thing that I can drink durring my fasting is water and black coffee. Don’t you break the fast with the lemon water and the apple vinegar? Best regards! Stefan
@JackBlake4 жыл бұрын
Hi Steff thanks for your message. In theory, yes it will break your fast but the benefits both lemon water and apple cider vinegar give to your body, completely out weights the fact it breaks your fast 😁 if you don’t want to break your fast you could drink them immediately before your first meal 👍🏼

When you are intermittent fasting, how well do you train before eating anything? Is there any problem with like having the energy for a high-intensity workout with the team and then a gym sesh? Love your channel btw!
@JackBlake5 жыл бұрын
New Flippers Since I started intermittent fasting (about 2 years ago) my body has become accustomed to using stored energy sources so when i come to train on an empty stomach I feel energised, sharp and capable of high intensity work. I appreciate the supper and thanks for the question 👍🏼😁
@newflippers30805 жыл бұрын
@@JackBlake was it hard in the beginning? Been thinking of trying it out for myself, but doesn't want it to affect the training!
@JackBlake5 жыл бұрын
I completely understand your concern. For me it didn’t take a long time to adjust but like I said in this video, it doesn’t always work for everyone. I would recommend starting during the off season and then implementing it onto off season training as a ‘trial period’ to see how you feel 👍🏼

What brand of protein bar do you recommend for an up and coming footballer or the ones that you use?

Do teams provide you guys with housing??
@doemu2004 жыл бұрын
You say you don't eat so much proceeded food, but what is with all the proteinbars, proteinwater and proteinpowder. The proteinbars are for nothing, you don't need that much protein, you're not a bodybuilder. I've never heard from a footballplayer that eats so much protein.

How many calories do you eat à day?
@AdamIsMyNameO5 жыл бұрын
Intermittent fasting is literally just an eating window..... there’s zero studies suggesting anything you mentioned at all...
