Great video and fantastic job as always Dan. I’m sure glad that got that whole ammonia in the dawn soap thing ironed out,lol ! Tree huggers,hippies and chronic complainers are a trip for sure. I run the same mix you run through a 20:1 injector on my 3.0 gpm commercial grade washer and haven’t had any issues with mustard gas either. That was very good advice you gave on equipment to make your side hustle more efficient without going outside of your means with it.good solid advice for sure. Please keep the videos coming

Prices vary from region to region. A property like this might get $20-$25 a cut in Southeast Florida but in New Jersey and Northern Virginia New York and places up there they might get $80. It all depends on the local market where you are at. I try to make $60 an hour when I’m doing houses and i base that off of using a push mower. So I charge this guy $40 because that’s how long it would take me to push this lawn and do all the trimming etc. With the walk behind mower, I can get done in 25 minutes if I wasn’t filming. But I still charge $40 because it’s not my fault I invested in a large faster piece of equipment

Hey dan, a while ago you made a video on second story tips, does the blue 0 degree tip pull soap or is it just for rinse? I’m looking to save time when doing house washes and hate taking time to turn off the soap injector

Blue is rinse only, pink is soap. I apply and rinse with the pink tip. I rarely ever use the blue tip

Dan, next time you start your rinse process, remove your injector completly and you should get better flow which in turn will give you faster rinsing.👍🏼 give it a shot..
